Join us for a special workshop with visiting International mushroom educator and chef Cynthia Vazquez for her first Canadian Mushroom Workshop.
Cynthia will be covering the basics of what mushrooms and adaptogens are and how to incorporate them into your everyday life the best way being through our stomach via food medicine. We will be covering the basics of foraging, cooking and medicine making with tinctures.
A custom take home tincture will be included! Along with a mushroom inspired snack and lunch. Class size is limited so don’t miss out!
