We have Henri Steeghs coming back to give us a primer on planting and caring for trees. This has been the back-bone of Henri and Phyllis’ business “Pleasant Valley Nurseries” for over 40 years and no small part of the why we have so many beautiful trees around the town and county of Antigonish! In this workshop Henri will cover subjects such as successful planting and transplanting methods, choosing the right tree(s), soil preparation and most valuable amendments, growing trees from seed, collecting and transplanting trees from the wild.
